A piece of land that had been left unused, was the clients choice to built an office.

The property is organised strategically across three zones to give the building both privacy and prospect within its sub-urban context. With neighbors in close proximity, the existing Ashoka trees and the planned open to sky garden formed an important role in the spatial strategy for privacy.

The first sight of the building is the pertinence to the workplace, revealing its dynamics, on account of full height glass sliders all over the workplace, whilst, the semi-private areas disguised by the exposed brick jali.

The building is the modern interpretation of the traditional architecture of Rajasthan. Integration of elements and the materials from different regions of the state, with the modern elements makes it the emphasis of the area.
